3. HAZARD IDENTIFICATION
Under normal use conditions, this product is stable.
May give various organic acids and pyrogallol under action of extreme heat.
Aqueous solutions ferments
rapidly.

5. FIRE PRECAUTIONS/FIRE FIGHTING
All extinguisher types can be used but water has to be avoided if no recovery of contaminated water is scheduled.
In case of fire, the product may give off S02, S03 and pyrogallol.
Respiratory masks are recommended for intervening parties.

10. STABILITY & REACTIVITY
Under normal use conditions, this product is stable. At high temperature, product decomposition gives pyrogallol. The product precipitates in presence of gelatine and metallic salts, such as iron, copper.
11. TOXICOLOGICAL INFORMATION
We have no figure on toxicological values actually.
The preparation is made mainly with the natural fruits of a tree and addition of synthetic or mineral tannins.
No disastrous effect, no sensitisation to this product have been reported until today.
Skin irritation : Non irritant
As every pulverulent product the powder may provoke respiratory problems by
inhalation.
12. ECOLOGICAL INFORMATION
Basic product is a natural product of high molecular weight. Biodegradability is low. The product is very sensitive to metallic salts and is eliminated from residual waters under the form of mud. Although effects on environment and waters are not harmful, we have no figure on ecotoxicity.
The product cannot be rejected directly in rivers and sewers without treatment due to its metallic salts content.
13. WASTE DISPOSAL
Dispose of according to local regulations.
The product is eliminated of aqueous solutions by precipitation under the form of muds.
Elimination of residue and packing by incineration.
