3. CHARACTERISTICS

SYNTEX RP is a synthetic tannin giving a round, white and soft leather with great light resistance.

Used alone, SYNTEX RP is a filling and bleaching tannin bringing fullness and soft touch.

In retannage, SYNTEX RP strongly improves the chrome leathers which are too flat and empty. It allows to obtain plumpled, well filled and mellow leather.

The reaction between SYNTEX RP and chrome results in the formation of a white complex having important bleaching and tanning action.

4. APPLICATIONS

- White tannage of reptile skins ;

- White retannage of full grain and nubuck skins ;

- Retannage of all kinds of skins for white finishing ;

- Bleaching of vegetable leather ;

- Pretannage of chrome leather.
