SCRD was awarded for the first time the ISO 9002 certification in January
1997. Since then, this certification has been continuously renewed by LRQA
(Lloyds group).
Logically, our desire for continuous progress led us to the ISO 9001
accreditation (2000 version) in January 2003.
We are proud to work with processes ever more controled, efficient and
recognized by our customers. The customer satisfaction enquiries we conduct
every two years confirm that we meet everyday more their expectations.
Quality is also the capacity for our R&D department to develop products
which answer the needs and constraints of our customers.
Finally, quality is the will to manage natural ressources in an intelligent
and economical way : we make sure that the raw materials we use are abundant
and renewable.
